Thanks to J2EEGEEK I could find this great Dilbert cartoon...
Very funny, because my project is an XP aswell - fortunately my customer understood the advantages and disadvantages and helps enforcing small featuresets per release... oh - btw: release in 1 week :-)

I didn't sea an extream advantages of XP till now, mostly I think XP is only a combination of experiences in term of programming. XP says either planning, design is useless, I just want to say, it's shit, if XP fans can't create plan and design, sure they want to abandon them.

(Oh, and Extream XP does put a high emphasis on design and planning. In fact so high that in XP you're designing and planning all the time, not just in the beginning of a project. I guess you must have misunderstood something.)
