Cool! The Register tells about Researchers that built a proof-of-concept gadget to see through walls - using low-frequency radar they can actually plot sort of a high-level location information about objects behind up to 25 cm walls...
So sorry, no "look-through-your-clothes" glasses available - still dreaming....

Look through clothes glasses have existed from some time, however they use UV lighting (which penetrates most clothing) rather than any far-out X-Ray goggles.
Most devices taking advantage of the tech are ~£2,000 for personal usage.
dou you know any report/review links for x-ray googles ?

It seems my memory wasn't quite in tact, they use IR and parts of the visible spectrum to reflect images from under clothing (filtering out saturated light):
