Now that's a funny toy for the girls :-) there's a huge buzz for this iPod gizmo - set to bring even more pleasure to music lovers this Christmas - after boffins invented a vibrator that moves in time with the songs.

When the volume is pumped up, the vibrations get faster as the music gets louder.

Ali Carnegie, of adult-store www.LoveHoney.co.uk, said the firm is already on the verge of selling out of the bullet-sized device before Christmas.

She said its inconspicuous design has been a big winner with women and claims the sex toy, totally unrelated to Apple, is perfect for giving users "big smiles on their way to work".

Jessamy Hawley, of Gadget Candy - a technology website aimed at women - believes combining two female passions is sure to prove a No1 hit.

Now this is an amazin idea... recharge your gadgets, MP3, photo cams, mobiles etc... with a battery back pack - and you can even recharge it by solar

Just plug a standard car charger into the bag and recharge most small electronic devices including: cell phones, cameras, two way radios, PDA's, even iPods.

but note: is not designed to charge laptops.

  • the bag comes with a set of standard adaptors for common cell phones and other devices.
  • embedded in the back of the bag are three lightweight, tough, waterproof solar panels which generate up to 4 watts of power. This means quicker charge times!
  • inside the bag is a Li Ion battery pack which stores any surplus power generated, so it is available when you need it, not just when the sun is up.

The Voltaic™ backpack is just that kind of gadget I love at first sight when I come across it :-) nifty nifty

Can you believe it? only a few weeks before the absolute death of the minidisk platform Sony finally announces that their existing customer base can finally use mP3 as format as well...

The not only release the new model NW-HD3 but offer send-in upgrades at 2000 Yen for existing models HD1/2... if that saves Minidisk? I would have loved such a feature back in 1995 when I bought my first Minidisker... or better when I dropped it for lack of space some time in the old century...

Kyocera Releases iPod mini-Matching Cameras to cash in on the iPod mini craze.

Kyocera is selling five new color-matched versions of the four-megapixel Finecam SL400R cameras. Color-matched, that is, to the iPod mini. That's nice idea - for at least those fashion-forward iPod adopters... currently it looks like they are only available in Japan - via Apple's Ginza store and the online Apple Store... Thanks to GizModo and Register for this.
